The expert committee issues expert opinions on undeveloped and developed properties and on the value of rights to properties (e.g. residential rights) upon written request. Appraisals can also be issued on rental and leasehold values.

An informal and signed application stating the location of the property and any reference dates to which the valuation is to relate is sufficient. If you are not the owner of the property to be valued, please enclose a power of attorney from the owner or entitled party, or a certificate of inheritance or similar.

The fees of the expert committee are based on the cost regulations for official surveying and official property valuation in North Rhine-Westphalia (Vermessungs- und Wertermittlungskostenordnung - VermWertKostO NRW):
