BORIS NRW is the central information system of the expert committees for property values in North Rhine-Westphalia.
With the new version, the Internet portal offers a completely new map view, improved navigation and a marking of the areas of the standard land value zones. This version also implements the open data of the state of NRW and makes the complete products of the expert committees in NRW available for free download on the Internet (opens in a new tab) for the first time. This is intended to fulfill the legal mandate to create transparency on the real estate market even better.
It currently contains:
- Standard land values with their descriptive characteristics
- Land value overviews for information on the price level on the land market
- Property market reports from the individual expert committees in NRW
- Real estate benchmark values - available online for the first time for some cities (georeferenced, average location values for real estate) with their descriptive characteristics
- Property price overview - serves to compare the price level of different regions
- Real estate price calculator
- General price information on houses (terraced houses, semi-detached houses, detached single-family houses) and condominiums.
- All addresses of the expert committees in NRW and further links
- Links to the websites of all expert committees in NRW
The descriptive characteristics of the standard land values can be called up free of charge (without registration). If required, a free printout in the form of a pdf document can be generated.
The property market reports are also free of charge and contain general information, data on the property market and the "other data required for the valuation" to be determined in accordance with Section 193 (3) BauGB.
The general price information is aimed at anyone and allows information to be retrieved from a purchase database. A selection is made on the basis of a few simple criteria to determine an average price level for selected building types. As with the standard land values, the basic information is free of charge.
